FAQs
FAQs
Can I use these courses to prepare for the DELE exam?
Yes. Our courses are designed based on the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages), so they align with the levels tested in the DELE exam. We offer courses from A1, A2, B1, B2 (and above as we expand), so you can choose the level that matches the DELE exam you’re aiming for.
Which course should I start with?
If you’re a complete beginner, start with Spanish Level 1 – you’ll learn essential phrases and build a solid base for real conversations. If you already know some Spanish (you can introduce yourself, talk about your day, etc.), Level 2 or 3 might be a better fit. And if you already handle everyday situations in Spanish, Level 4 will help you refine fluency and sound more natural. If you’re not sure, you can book a free demo class, and we’ll help you choose the best starting point for your level and goals.
Do I need to take the levels in order?
We recommend following the levels in order (1 → 2 → 3 → 4) so you don’t miss key grammar and vocabulary, but it’s not mandatory. If you already have experience, you can start at a higher level after a quick level check or by speaking with one of our tutors during your demo class.
Can I change levels if it feels too easy or too hard?
Yes. If after a few lessons you feel the course is too simple or too challenging, you can move up or down a level. You’ll just let us or your tutor know, and we’ll help you adjust so you’re always learning at the right pace.
How long does it take to complete a level?
Group classes: Live classes with a small group of learners at a similar level, guided by a native Spanish tutor. Private classes (Premium): 1:1 sessions tailored to your goals (fluency, pronunciation, interviews, DELE, etc.). Once you subscribe, you’ll receive instructions to book your class times and join via Zoom or a similar platform.
What kind of practice and materials do I get between classes?
You’ll have access to a library of interactive activities (flashcards, matching, fill-in-the-blank, etc.), readings, and extra resources for pronunciation and culture, plus regular quizzes to check your progress. This way, you don’t depend only on the live class — you can keep improving every day, even in 10–15 minutes.
Who teaches the courses?
Our classes are led by native, experienced tutors who know how to teach Spanish (and English) to international students. Many of them have experience helping professionals use the language in real work situations, not just in a textbook.
What time zones are the classes in?
We serve students worldwide, so we offer time slots adapted to all major time zones. After subscribing, you’ll see available times in your local time zone and can choose the ones that fit your schedule.
